RJ Kesari News Desk: Smartphone brand iQoo has officially confirmed that the iQoo Z11 will be launched in India on August 20th. Teasers and leaks ahead of the launch have revealed several details, including its design, processor, display, and expected price.
Notably, the Indian model will differ significantly from the variant launched in China. The company is planning to launch it with a new MediaTek processor. The phone could be priced between ₹29,999 and ₹34,999.
The design will change for India and a new processor will be available.
The Indian variant of the iQOO Z11 will be different from the model launched in China. According to leaks, it will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo processor, making it the first smartphone in India to come with this chipset.
The Chinese model, on the other hand, features a Dimensity 8500 processor. The company's teaser also reveals that the Indian model will feature a horizontal pill-shaped camera design instead of a square camera module, giving it a completely different look.
Display, camera and color options details
According to the leaked information, the iQOO Z11 is expected to feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K 3D curved AMOLED display with support for a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits.
The phone will feature a 3D curved display, a curved back panel, and a dual rear camera setup. The power and volume buttons will be placed on the right side, while the speaker grille and microphone will be located on the top.
The smartphone is expected to come in two colors: Aurora Green and Celestial Blue, although the company has not yet confirmed their official names.
Expected price and where to get the smartphone
iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya had previously hinted at the smartphone's launch on the social media platform Instagram, after which the company officially confirmed the August 20th date.
Recent leaks suggest that the iQOO Z11 could be priced between ₹29,999 and ₹34,999 for the base variant. Upon launch, the smartphone will be available for sale through iQOO's online store, major e-commerce platforms, and offline retail stores.
